To be successful in this role...

You will:

  • Support customers with escalations and keep them up to date on progress toward resolution in the event of any hacker<>customer mediations; assist the communication process politely but firmly such that the interests of both projects and hackers are protected
  • Train customers on Immunefi products and ensure they are set up for success when interacting with hackers; this includes educating customers on how to deal with different challenges inherent in the disclosure process
  • Work with customers to gather and document requirements, then ensure the requirements solve a customer’s business objective(s) through project outcomes and deliverables
  • Serve as liaison between customers and Immunefi internal departments (sales, engineering, marketing, etc.) in order to ensure that all milestones and requirements are met
  • Deliver strategic presentations to customer executives that help illustrate the value of Immunefi's services and progress towards customers’ high-level security goals
  • Deliver insights and recommendations aimed at expanding customer bounty programs
  • Champion product features on behalf of customers, and participate in product discussions
  • Proactively identify and solve issues, as well as accept and quickly respond to delegated work; as we are distributed, being able to win as a team to solve problems is critical to our success

You have:

  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills
  • Top notch communication skills: need to be able to firmly, yet politely, respond to non-issues, as well as identify legitimate issues and communicate them to security teams in an easy to understand format
  • Technical conversational knowledge in the following areas: DeFi, smart contracts, blockchain or eager to learn about them
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, and solve novel problems quickly
  • Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so that non-experts can quickly understand how to mitigate challenges

You are:

  • Passionate and excited about the web3 and DeFi in particular
  • You are a strong communicator with experience communicating complex technical subjects and their consequences to non-technical people
  • A problem solver, and very detail oriented
  • A proactive self-starter who wants to take as much ownership as possible for their work, and is highly proactive about expanding the scope of their work

Required experience:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing services role in either DeFi, traditional finance, software as a service, or cybersecuriity
  • experience in no-code tools (eg. Airtable)
